Create your Account
If you already have a Disney+, ShopDisney, or other Disney account, you can use the same email address and password to sign in—there's no need to create a new account.

Visit the Walt Disney World website.

Click My Disney Experience in the top menu.

Select Log In or Create an Account and follow the prompts.
Be sure to save your login information. If you would like me to assist with dining reservations, Lightning Lane selections, or other planning, I'll need your username (email address) and password.
Add your Travel Party
To get started, open the My Disney Experience app and tap the Main Menu (☰), then select Profile and choose Friends & Family List.
If other members of your travel party have their own My Disney Experience accounts:

If the other adults already have an account, you can use their linking code found in their app under their Profile OR

If they do not yet have an account of their own, start by entering their personal details under "I'll enter their name and age" and then select "Share planning with this Guest" and enter their email address that they plan to use when setting up their own account. This will send them a linking request in the app and by email (once they establish their account.)
If you're adding a child or someone who does not have their own Disney account:

Tap Add a Guest.

Select "I'll enter their name and age."

Children under age 17 must have their birthdate entered.

Parents or guardians should select "I'll manage all plans for this guest" before confirming.
Linking your travel party allows you to:

Share plans and reservations with one another.

Manage your own plans individually, or
-
Allow one person to manage plans for the entire group.
For most families, I recommend having one primary account (typically the lead traveler) manage everyone's plans. This makes it much easier to book dining reservations, Lightning Lane selections, dining reservations, and other vacation plans from one place. Adults can still create and link their accounts together, but only ONE guest will need to link the packages as shown in the next steps.
Link your Reservation
Once your account is created, you'll need to connect your Disney vacation package.

Log into your My Disney Experience account.

Navigate to My Disney Experience > My Plans.

Select Link a Reservation.

Enter your Disney confirmation number and the primary guest's last name.
Your confirmation number can be found on your Confirmation Email OR inside your Tern Travel Portal.
If you booked a Disney Vacation Package that includes Park Tickets, Dining Plans and/or the Memory Maker Photo package (or any combination of items), all package components will automatically link using your package confirmation number.
If your resort and tickets were purchased separately, you'll need to link each confirmation number (hotel vs tickets) individually.
